Dunmore Head is the western most part of mainland Ireland. Looking back from Dunmore Head you can see Slea Head, which lends it's name to the scenic drive around the peninsula.
Dingle Bay is also home to a bottlenose dolphin named Fungie. Fungie showed up in 1983, and has since made the bay his home.
